h333 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the user", "the player") and h333 ("the platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the h333 website at h333.vin and all associated services including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, slots, fish games, bingo, live casino and the h333 mobile application.

By accessing h333.vin, downloading the h333 app, or creating an account, you accept these Terms unconditionally. These Terms apply alongside any specific rules stated on individual game pages, the Promotions page, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and h333.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use h333 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing h333 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration including your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing h333 account. Each person is permitted to hold one account only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or playing.

h333 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including suspension of withdrawal access, until verification is completed.

Providing false information at registration – including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identity documents, or a mobile number registered to another person – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your h333 account at all times. This includes:

• Keeping your password strong and not sharing it with anyone else.
• Not allowing other people to use your account, even family members.
• Logging out of shared devices after each session.
• Enabling biometric login on the h333 app where available for additional security.
• Contacting h333 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

h333 cannot be held responsible for losses that result from you sharing your login credentials or failing to secure your account. All activity that takes place under your account – including bets placed and withdrawals requested – will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern to support beforehand.

You may close your h333 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure is eligible for withdrawal subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 5. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

04 Deposits & Payments

h333 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's payment system.
• Bank Transfer – standard inter-bank transfers, typically processed within one business day.
• Debit and Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard accepted where supported by your bank.
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile payment services as listed in the deposit section of your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your h333 account dashboard and may be adjusted periodically. h333 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside h333's control.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the payment method belongs to another person – are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on h333 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to ensure funds are returned to the verified account holder.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and age confirmation completed).
• Any active bonus funds in your account must have met their applicable wagering requirements, or you must have elected to forfeit the bonus balance before withdrawing.
• Your withdrawal request must meet the minimum withdrawal amount as displayed in your account dashboard.
• There must be no open security review or account verification hold on your account at the time of the request.

h333 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. During periods of high volume – such as immediately following major PSL matches or promotional events – processing times may extend slightly. h333 will communicate any unusual delays to affected players.

h333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part. Supporting documents requested during this process should be submitted promptly to avoid delays.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

h333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Free spins winnings are typically capped at a maximum withdrawal amount per bonus. The applicable cap is stated in the promotion details.
• h333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Active bonuses that are mid-wagering will be honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.

If you wish to withdraw your real-money balance before completing wagering requirements on an active bonus, you may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings generated from it. The forfeiture option is available in your account dashboard under the bonus section.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The h333 sportsbook covers cricket including PSL franchise matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments, as well as football, esports and other selected sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the h333 Bet platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and activated by the player before the relevant market closes.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market as stated in the sportsbook rules section within your account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Limits may vary by sport, market type and event. Current limits are displayed at the time of placing your bet.
• Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Live in-play bets are subject to brief delays in acceptance during high-traffic periods such as PSL matches. A bet is not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from the platform.
• h333 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published with an obvious error in odds. In such cases, the stake is returned to your account.

08 Games & Casino Rules

h333 offers a range of gaming products including Slots, Fish Games, Bingo and live casino titles. The following general rules apply:

• All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine and cannot be influenced by h333 or by players.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the round will be completed and settled according to the game engine's recorded state at the time of disconnection. Reconnecting to the game will display the outcome of any completed rounds.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before playing.
• Bingo room rules – including ticket prices, prize pools and pattern requirements – are displayed within the individual bingo room before purchase of tickets.
• Fish game credit amounts and weapon costs are displayed within the game. Winnings are credited to your h333 balance at the end of each session.
• h333 reserves the right to restrict access to specific games in certain circumstances, including during technical maintenance or system upgrades.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h333 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with h333 games, odds feeds or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or game malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes (collusion).
• Using h333 for any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection.
• Sharing an account with another person or allowing a third party to access and operate your account on your behalf.
• Claiming bonuses under multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Any attempt to interfere with the h333 platform infrastructure, including its servers, APIs, or payment processing systems.

h333 employs automated monitoring to detect unusual account activity. If your account is flagged for review, you may be asked to temporarily pause activity while the review is completed. Cooperating with verification requests during this period is required to restore full access.

10 Responsible Gaming

h333 is committed to providing a gaming environment where adults can participate safely and within their means. We provide practical tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account dashboard and through the Responsible Gaming page.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a cooling-off period when raised.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based alerts to notify you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent break from h333. During a self-exclusion period, login access is suspended and all marketing communications are stopped.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

h333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or identity misrepresentation, h333 may freeze account balances pending investigation.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, h333 is not obligated to return any balance to the account holder. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach – such as voluntary closure by the player or closure due to self-exclusion – any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.

Players who have been permanently self-excluded from h333 must not attempt to re-register. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and the balance will not be returned.

12 Limitation of Liability

h333 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. h333 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted, h333's liability in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account balance at the time of any claim. h333 is not liable for:

• Lost betting or gaming opportunities due to service interruption.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of h333.

13 Privacy & Data

h333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on h333 you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, deliver customer support, and send promotional communications where you have opted in. h333 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to deliver the service.

14 Changes to These Terms

h333 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details held on their account. The updated Terms will also be published at h333.vin/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of h333 after a Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using h333 and close your account before the changes take effect. Any balance remaining at that time will be processed for withdrawal in the normal way.
